The only problem is that he had to keep cris-crossing the room to see them all.
A first grader at Philip G. Vroom School in Bayonne, McGreevey said he loves art.
McGreevey's mother - who declined to give her name - said her son loves to paint.
"He wants to do it all the time," she said.
Creation Imagination Art Classes and Workshops for toddlers and adults put on this show to broadcast some of the school's local talents.
Stacey Kaelin, a mural the mural artist and mosaicist who works at the library, is also the owner and instructor of the art classes. This is the third annual art show, and this year's exhibit featured the artwork of more than 200 artists ranging in age from two-years-old to adult.
More than 350 people attended the opening night celebration last year, and she hoped even more would this year. From the hundreds of people who moved through the room, she seemed to have succeeded in her expectations.
Proud parents snapped photos on with their cellular telephone cameras, seeking to capture the display of art that included everything from Mickey Mouse portraits to tie-dye t-shirts.
Aidan Esperra, a student at St. Mary's School, stood proudly before a glass display showing off his collection of t-shirts. He also did sculptures for this year's show.
"I just like doing them," he said. "But you have to let them sit and soak for about 12 hours."
With walls covered almost floor to ceiling with a multitude of vivid pieces, parents, siblings and other art lovers often paused to take a gander.
Kaelin is best known for her public murals, some of which can be seen in the Bayonne Public Library. She recently illustrated her first book, "Curries and Kababs: Recipes Flavored with Reminiscences," authored by Dipali Sen, the one time director of the library's reference room.
Kaelin has been involved at the Bayonne library for about 17 years, and has put on local art shows. Her work has appeared in the "Bayonne Community News," as well as other publications.
The art show features hundreds of works in assorted media, including work created in pencil, charcoal, watercolor pencils, oil pastels, colored pencils, markers, watercolor paint, craft sticks, acrylics, and recycled materials.
