What if Superior Court Judge Thomas Oliveri 'wakes up on the wrong side of the bed' on May 13th and decides to vote in favor of demolition of the Clam Broth House? Well, there goes 105 years of Hoboken history! We as a community do not have the luxury to wait for an answer. We have approximately 40 days!
Let's let Superior Court Judge Oliveri, Arthur Peleaz, the owner, and Michael Acciardi, the primary owner of the Clam Broth House, and anyone else involved know we are not going to 'sit on the sidelines.' I propose to hold a rally across from the Clam Broth House on the sidewalk. We have to have it soon.
