Dear "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." For starter, feces smells like feces and urine smells like urine no matter who the beholder is, so I object to your suggestion that my complaints about Hoboken's homeless are subjective. These individuals harass and intimidate the law-abiding residents of our town, and thus are, objectively speaking, a problem that needs to be addressed.
You say that many of these vagrants suffer from "mental illness," "impulse controlled problems," and "hallucinations."
In that case, they should be sent to an insane asylum and kept there until they are well.
So in response to your plea, I would gladly support funding for that.
